The Cockrell School of Engineering’s Department of Civil, Architectural, and Environmental Engineering at UT Austin recently recognized Clear Flow Matrix founders Wayne and David Lott among its distinguished alumni.
The Lotts developed Clear Flow Matrix on the job as a production control method for their construction firm. This innovative new methodology has earned validation in the academic community and through practical experience, gaining adoption at large developers across the country.
