Lott Brothers Construction Company (LBCC), founded in 1988 by Wayne Lott and David Lott, is a commercial building construction and construction management company. LBCC has constructed some 6 million square feet of completed work in Texas and nearby states. In 2018, the Lotts launched Clear Flow Matrix to serve as the software and solutions arm of LBCC. Clear Flow Matrix’s flagship product is a construction and management tool designed to give everyone on the project a clear picture of time to project completion.
The Lotts developed the Clear Flow Matrix software for two reasons: one, to facilitate management of remote construction projects, and two, to improve project efficiency and keep construction jobs on-deadline. The Clear Flow Matrix software is the first step toward making this groundbreaking methodology available to the construction industry at large.
